Jessica Shields has been helping in Customer Services for over 15 years and became very passionate towards helping people.  Prior to working with Anthem Tax Services, she was in the financial industry for 8 years advising people on major financial decisions. Since she started working with us as an office manager/customer relations manager 5 years ago she has been a terrific addition and asset to our tax family.   If you have any customer service needs or need help with just a general question she is always on her toes and ready to help.  On her free time, her and her boyfriend love to BBQ, hang out with friends, go bowling and donate her time to those in need.
